KYC Verification Process

Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly during live betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If a bet cannot be placed due to a connection failure, a full refund will be issued.

• The maximum single bet amount is set by Filezone1 and may be changed at any time.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error may be voided.
• In the event of a betting dispute, Filezone1's decision is final.
• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days.

Wagering Requirements

If any of the above activities are suspected, Filezone1 may suspend the account pending investigation. If confirmed, the account will be terminated and any associated balance will be forfeited.
